Hubungan Kecanduan Game Online dengan Interaksi Sosial Mahasiswa PPKn Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Angkatan 2017

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between online game addiction and the social interaction of PPKn UAD students in class 2017. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation analysis followed by simple regression to determine the relationship and positive and significant influence of the two variables. The results showed that, the score obtained from the study showed that the level of addiction of PPKn UAD students class of 2017 was low and their social interactions were high. The results of the research score description indicate that the level of online game addiction among students is low and social interaction is high. The correlation coefficient between low addiction to online games and social interaction is 0.910. In accordance with the table regarding the guidelines for providing interpretation of the correlation coefficient of the results from r-count = 0.910 regarding the relationship between variable X and variable Y, the level of the relationship is very strong, namely between 0.80-1,000.

Metaphor As Reflected in The Main Character’s Expression in The Well-Beloved By Thomas Hardy: A Semiotic Approach

Abstract
Metaphor in literature commonly used in the novel is aimed to make the literary text more interesting and meaningful. In the nineteenth century, the literary work was supported by the debate of art and love, especially the novel The Well-Beloved by Thomas Hardy. The central concern of the novel is the Platonism that explained all beauty in a material form such as aesthetic work of art is an emanation from an Ideal form of Beauty (Abrams, 1981:157). Then, the debate makes the novelist could convey the art through the meaningful words later it called metaphor. The novel The Well-Beloved contains the metaphor expression especially used by the main character. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to explain the characterization of Jocelyn Pierston as the main character, to analyse the type and its meaning of Jocelyn Pierston’s metaphor expression, and to explain the moral value in the novel. The subject of this research is novel The Well-Beloved by Thomas Hardy and the object of this research is the main character’s metaphor expression and its meaning in the novel. Furthermore, the type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. Meanwhile, techniques of analysing data of this research is descriptive interpretive method. The research finding of this research are: First, the characterization of Jocelyn Pierston are philosophic, obsessive, responsible, clever, fickle, romantic, stubborn, reckless, straightforward, caring, and patient, Second, there are four kinds of metaphor expression by Jocelyn Pierston, they are: a kimberlin, a candid young person, an elf, and a sprite, a sylph, a Psyche. Moreover, the type of metaphor expression is man metaphor.

Pengembangan Modul Tematik Pendidikan Kesehatan Khususnya Kebersihan dan Kesehatan pada Peserta Didik Kelas II Sekolah Dasar

Abstract: This research is to find out how the form of development of a thematic module for health education on the sub-theme of clean and healthy living in grade II elementary schools. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) research methodology, with the ADDIE model development procedure (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evolution). The results of validation by experts, linguists mean the percentage value is 80.00%. Assessment by material experts an average percentage value of 73.33%. Assessment by learning experts an average percentage of 80%. Assessment by media experts the average percentage value is 64.00%. Assessment by grade II teachers SD Negeri 1 Sidorahayu the average percentage value is 90.00%. While the test results were carried out on small groups of 5 students, and large group trials involving all class II students of SD Negeri 1 Sidorahayu with the average percentage value of small group trials of 90.00% and large group trials of 95. , 00%. The conclusion of this study is that the thematic module of health education, especially hygiene and health, is suitable for use as a learning medium for grade II elementary school students.

Pengaruh Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematika terhadap Prestasi Belajar Aspek Kognitif Kelas V SD Negeri 08 dan SD Negeri 10 Gantung

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of mathematics communicationskills on learning achievement in the cognitive aspects of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 08 and SD Negeri 10, Gantung District. This study uses a quantitative research approach withresearch ex-post facto. The population in this study were 53 students of class V SD Negeri 08 and SD Negeri 10 Gantung District with 45 samples. The variables studied were mathematics communication skills (Variable X) and learning achievement (Variable Y). Data collection techniques in this study used tests that have been tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation with the help of the SPSS version 24 program. The results of the study were processed using a simple linear regression test and Pearson correlation test showed that mathematics communication had a significant effect on student cognitive achievement, this was indicated by a sig less from 0.05 which is equal to 0.00 with a simple linear regression equation Y = -0.764 + 0.967X. For Pearson Correlation, it is obtained for 0.806 so that when viewed from the existing guidelines for the degree of relationship, the pearson correlation is very strongly correlated. Based on this, it can be concluded that the ability to communicate mathematics has an effect on the cognitive aspects of students’ learning achievement with a strong correlation degree.

PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN WISATA OLEH DINAS PARIWISATA, KEPEMUDAAN, DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Abstrak:
Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Magelang adalah instansi pemerintah untuk mengurus urusan pemerintah bagian pariwisata, kepemudaan dan olahraga tugas itu salah satunya adalah perlindungan terhadap wisatawan. Masih ditemui kasus di Kabupaten Magelang yang merugikan konsumen, dalam hal ini adalah wisatawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Magelang Nomor 8 Tahun 2018 tentang Penyelenggaraan Usaha Pariwisata dalam upaya perlindungan konsumen wisata, langkah dari Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Magelang dalam melindungi konsumen wisata, evaluasi terhadap perlindungan konsumen wisata, dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Magelang dalam upaya perlindungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan studi pustaka. Keselurahan data dianalisis dengan analisa deskriptif kualitatif Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Peraturan Daerah Kabupaen Magelang Nomor 8 Tahun 2018 tentang Penyelenggaraan Usaha Pariwisata dalam upaya perlindungan konsumen wisata substansinya sesuai dengan Undang- Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen serta Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 15 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan atas Undang- Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang- Undangan. Langkah Dinas Priwisata, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Magelang yaitu: mengimplementasikan hak, pembinaan, melibatkan masyarakat, dan pemberian sanksi pada pelaku usaha. Hambatan yang dihadapi Dinas Pariwisata Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Magelang dalam upaya perlindungan konsumen wisata: keterbatasan ilmu pengetahuan terkait wisata, sumber daya manusia, anggaran.

Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V di SD Negeri II Taskombang Kabupaten Klaten

Abstract: Education is the most basic and occupies a strategic position in the development of human resources. The study was conducted to improve the independence and learning outcomes of students in learning. The level of independence and learning outcomes in class V SD N II Taskombang in Klaten Regency are still very low. Based on these conditions, we need a treatment to improve these problems, especially in learning Theme 2 Subtema 2 “Clean Air for Health” using discovery learning learning models. This type of research used in this research is classroom action research. The research subjects used were grade V SD Negeri II Taskombang, Klaten Regency with a total of 15 students. This research procedure uses two cycles, each procedure including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and tests. Data collection instruments used observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and written tests. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the level of independence of cycle I to cycle II increased from 53.3% to 93.3%. While the learning outcomes of students also increased from cycle I by 40%, then in cycle II amounted to 86.6%. These results indicate that the application of discovery learning model can improve the independence and learning outcomes of students in class V students of SD N II Taskombang, Klaten Regency.

The Use Of Jigsaw Method To Improve Reading Comprehension Skill To The Eight Grade Students Of SMPN 1 Kretek Bantul In Academic Year 2018/2019

Abstract
This study aims to improve reading comprehension skill on narrative text by using Jigsaw method for the 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kretek in academic years 2018/2019. This study is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study are the English teacher and the 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kretek who consist of 28 students; there are 14 female students and 14 male students. The techniques of collecting the data in this study are using pre-test, post-test, and interview. Based on the result of the research, the use of jigsaw as a teaching method can greatly help students in solving problems in learning English especially in learning reading skills. The development of students’ ability can be seen from the increasing score of the students in the tests conducted by the researcher. In pre-test the average of score is 70, meanwhile the result of post-test is 74. We can see that there is an increase between pre-test result and post-test result. The students appreciate the Jigsaw technique because it helps them to understand the text, helps them to collaborate the material with others learners, growth student’s independence, and rise student’s responsibility to answer their work since the students work in a group discussion.

Pengembangan Media Pembelejaran Koper Budaya Bagi Siswa Kelas IV SD

Abstract: This research is a type of research and development Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The stages of research include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research and development are only limited to the stages of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The subjects of this research trial were 27 students of Grade IV Elementary School 1 Terong. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and questionnaire assessment of media experts, material experts, learning experts, teacher assessment, and student responses. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the quality assessment by media experts scored 82% (excellent), material experts got 86% (excellent), and learning experts got 82% (excellent). The results of the feasibility assessment by the teacher’s assessment and student responses. The results of the assessment of small and large group tests of the teacher response assessment received the same value of 95% (excellent), the assessment of students ‘responses in the small group scored 95.2% (excellent), and the assessment of students’ responses in the large group scored 96.6% (excellent). In quantitative data analysis, the average value of the validation test results obtained 83.33% and the trial of the use of cultural suitcase learning media in small and large groups obtained values of 95.45% including excellent categories and show that the quality of learning suitcase culture media used in learning activities theme 1 Beautiful Beauty of Subtheme 1 Cultural Diversity of My Nation in learning 1 in class IV elementary school.

Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Pencegahan Agresivitas Remaja Di Yogyakarta

Abstrak
Tindakan agresif adalah tindakan yang dimaksudkan untuk melukai atau menyakiti orang lain baik secara fisik maupun psikis, perilaku dan tindakan ini jika tidak segera ditanggani maka akan menjadi permasalahan terus menerus yang bersifat masif, untuk itulah peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pencegahan Agresivitas Remaja di SMA Muhammadiyah Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif untuk mengetahui tentang perilaku agresivitas remaja di SMA Muhammadiyah Bantul, penulis mengunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara secara mendalam. Studi kasus termasuk dalam penelitian analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini memusatkan diri secara intensif pada satu obyek tertentu yang mempelajari sebagai suatu kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tentang peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, dalam melakukan Pencegahan Agresivitas Remaja di SMA Muhammadiyah bantul, dan didapatkan data yang mengungkapkan beberapa faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi berkaitan dengan terjadinya perilaku atau tindakan agresif siswa di lingkungan sekolah salah satunya: faktor keluarga, faktor lingkungan dan media sosial. Hal ini juga sangat diantisipasi oleh pihak sekolah dengan melakukan berbagai penanganan terhadap siswa dalam tiga tahap yaitu: bimbingan secara klasikal, penanaman nilai nilai keislaman dan internalisasi nilai nilai karakter, sehingga terlihatlah bagaimana sekolah yang bernuansa keislaman ini dalam menangani pencegahan tindakan agresivitas siswa.

Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Tematik Berbasis Problem Based Learning Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

Abstract: The development of problem-based learning modules in thematic learning can help teachers teach students and provide other alternative learning resources. The purpose of this study is to 1) find out the steps of thematic learning modules based on problem based learning in grade V elementary schools, 2) to know the feasibility of a thematic learning module based on problem based learning. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). The research subjects for the product were reviewers, namely expert lecturers. The data collection techniques used were qualitative and quantitative. The results of research on the product can be seen from the validation scores carried out by expert teachers and lecturers. The results of the evaluation are as follows, the average score obtained from the teacher is 4.00. The average score obtained from media experts is 3.133, The average score obtained from material experts is 3.00, The average score obtained from learning experts is, The average score obtained from linguists is 3.3 and is included in the Usable category. This proves that the thematic learning module based on problem based learning is feasible to be used to be taught to fifth grade students as an alternative teaching material besides the books provided by the school.
