Membangun Kejujuran Siswa Sekolah Dasar Melalui Pengintegrasian Local Wisdom di Daerah NTB oleh Eko Budiono dkk
Honest is one of the characters that can form individuals with superior personality and integrity. But now the value of honesty is starting to fade because of the rapid development of the times. Therefore, it is necessary to implant character values early on in elementary school. Cultivation of honesty can be done through various aspects, one of them is by utilizing local wisdom in Indonesia, especially the West Nusa Tenggara region . Local wisdom contained in the area contains a lot of honesty character values, i.e. the writer uses the Overseas game as the medium. The purpose of this research is to integrate local wisdomfound in West Nusa Tenggara in building honesty towards elementary school students through the game. Submission of honesty characters in this game through poetry accompanied by a musical instrument gantao. This research method uses literature study methods both journals and relevant books. With the integration of local wisdom that has many traditional values that are thick with meaning, it is expected to be able to become a media to grow character values in the midst of this disruption. In addition, with this media as well as the preservation of Indonesian culture so that it does not fade in order to remain felt by future generations.

In this era of globalization, the development of science and technology is getting faster and more sophisticated. The world is currently entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an era that emphasizes artificial intelligence, robotics, big data, digital economy and others. Students are actively required to develop themselves in accordance with the changes and developments of the times and phenomena that occur lately. To develop themselves, students need support that can help self-development such as quality educators, adequate technology and supporting facilities
and infrastructure. However, the problem is the low quality of education. This is because many students do not yet know the importance of education, especially character education. The era that continues to grow, also requires improving the quality of school institutions must be done and is considered mandatory for all institutions to be able to survive and continue to grow. Because learning in the 21st century reflects the four learning objectives (4C) that refer to the part of learning to do namely creative, critical thinking, collaboration and communication is needed to

Hubungan Kebiasaan Merokok Terhadap Penyakit Tidak Menular oleh Khairunniza dkk
World Health Organization (WHO) memprediksi bahwa pada tahun 2020 penyakit tidak menular akan menjadi penyebab 73% kematian di dunia. Tingginya insiden penyakit tidak menular disebabkan beberapa faktor salah satunya adalah peningkatan jumlah perokok pemula pada remaja. Jumlah perokok di Indonesia dilaporkan dalam data The Tobacco Atlas 3rd Edition pada tahun 2009 menyebutkan bahwa perokok Indonesia menduduki peringkat
pertama di ASEAN, dengan persentase 46,16%. Selanjutnya data Riskesdas tahun 2018 oleh Kemenkes RI menunjukkan prevalensi merokok pada anak yang berusia 10 hingga 18 tahun mencapai 9,1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan merokok terhadap penyakit tidak menular. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yakni studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kebiasaan merokok terhadap penyakit tidak menular seperti hipertensi, stress, jantung koroner, PPOK, dan kanker paru dengan semua nilai p nya kurang dari 0,05. Sehingga kebiasaan merokok dapat menjadi faktor risiko penyakit tidak menular.

Problems in the health and well-being life of children are still an important highlight in the world. More than five million children still die before their fifth birthday. Also, children born in poverty are twice as likely to die before the age of five under the age of five than those from wealthy families. An educated mother is also an important factor for a child’s health insurance. In this case, offering a solution in the form of organizing the “Ibuku Dokterku” program that focuses on improving maternal education about child health can be an option.

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) said that Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) in 2018 reached a value of 71.39, which means that in the high category. IPM is an important indicator to measure success in efforts to develop the quality of human life in Indonesia. In fact there are still social inequalities that occur in Indonesia, in the field of education data from BPS shows that the average length of school education age 16> 30 years is for 10.37 years. Secondly, data on the Presentation of the Poor Population by Province in 2019 shows that 9.41% of the Indonesian population is poor, and the percentage of smoking in the population aged> 15 years by province in 2018 in Indonesia reached 32.20%. So, actually it shows that the quality of human resources owned by Indonesia is not yet fully good. On the other hand, it shows that data on the use of smartphone in Indonesia reached 335.5 million users from 268.2 million people in Indonesia. In summary, Excessive use of smarpthone in Indonesia can be used as a solution in increasing the potential of rural human resources by using it as a media to connect every element of society in the village.

Dalam mengoptimalisasikan sumber daya manusia di Era Industri 4.0, kita memerlukan persiapan yang matang dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang tersedia saat ini. Siawa tidak hanya membutuhkan keterampilan yang didasarkan pada kemampuan akademik tetapi juga membutuhkan kemampuan non-akademik yang biasa disebut dengan soft skill. Saat ini, masih jarang menemukan sistem pendidikan di sekolah yang berfokus pada soft skill karena siswa diminta untuk menguasai semua mata pelajaran di mana nilainya tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas individu atau siswa itu sendiri. Sedangkan di dunia kerja yang memasuki komunitas ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) serta era industri 4.0, lebih banyak keterampilan diperlukan termasuk keterampilan lunak yang terdiri dari berbicara di depan umum, komunikatif, kolaboratif, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Oleh karena itu, penerapan budaya keberanian untuk berbicara di depan publik atau berbicara di depan umum sangat penting untuk ditanamkan pada siswa yang masih mengejar pendidikan di sekolah tingkat menengah. Manfaat yang dapat diperoleh siswa meliputi kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, menyampaikan gagasan atau pendapat, melatih kepercayaan diri dan melatih jiwa kepemimpinan yang akan berdampak baik untuk masa depan siswa itu sendiri maupun kualitas pendidikan dan negara. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem kurikulum atau sistem pendidikan yang di fokus pada pengembangan soft skill siswa. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan peran dari berbagai pihak termasuk pemerintah, sekolah, guru, dan masyarakat. Selain itu, dibutuhkan sistem pembelajaran yang mengedepankan nilai nilai diskusi, komunikatif, kooperatif, berfikir kritis dan kolaboratif (4C) sesuai pembelajaran HOTS. Dengan adanya focus group discussion ataupun English debate, diharapkan dapat melatih siswa untuk berfikir kiritis, melatih kerjasama team, dan komunikatif yang membawa dampak positif bagi masa depan siswa dan kualitas pendidikan Indonesia di masa yang akan datang.

Examining schools of inclusive education culture from a neuroscience perspective is very interesting to discuss. Given the development of normal children and special needs have different backgrounds. This effort was made to develop the potential of intelligence, talent, and soft skills possessed without discrimination. By implementing the culture of inclusive schools children with special needs can experience a normal education. This study is a literature review that combines descriptive method research. The city of Yogyakarta became the object of the inclusion organizer with a sample Muhammadiyah 3 Vocational School Yogyakarta that accepts children with special needs who are deaf who are part of the invisible cultural elements.
