PENDAMPINGAN KELUARGA MISKIN DAN RENTAN MISKIN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN MENTERI SOSIAL NOMOR 1 TAHUN 2018 TENTANG PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN DI KECAMATAN CANGKRINGAN

Abstract:

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many recipients of the benefits of the social assistance program, the hope familly has not been able to unitilize the assistance for long-term and productive activities. This study aims to describe the implementation of the assistance program familly hope in Cangkringan sub-district. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type, the subject in this study is Adelisa as a companion familly program in Cangkringan, Suharti and Sukapti as beneficiary families in the singles village Cangkringan sub-district. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis use data reduction, data display, and conclusions/Verification. Data collection was carried out in September. Based on the results of research conducted in Cangkringan sub-district the implementation of assistance in Cangkringan sub-district has been going quite well and in accordance with operational standards namely Social Minister Regulation No. 1 of 2018 concerning the Familly Hope Program. However there are still many beneficiaries who have not been able to be independent and have not been able to take advantage of long-term assistance and productive activities. The development of the implementation of the family hope assestance program in Cangkringan sub-district was quite well proven by the large number of independent graduation participants and the existence of book program for the use of funds given to beneficiary families as a means of monitoring the use of social assostance funds. The hope family program in its implementation collaborates with several partnerships including the ministries of education, health, banking,social services, the population and civil registration service, babin, village and sub-district. The provinsion of social assistance is provided through means provided by the government to beneficiary falilies such as the ATM orrice and BPJS.
