Hubungan Minat Kunjung Ke Perpustakaan Sekolah dan Kemandirian Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa

Abstract:

This research was motivated by the low interest in visiting the school library, independent learning and student learning outcomes, especially in writing essays, which made researchers interested in conducting research at SD N Gunturmadu. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between interest in visiting the school library and independent learning on student learning outcomes.This research is an ex post facto research. This research was conducted at SD N Gunturmadu in May 2020. The population in this study were all students of SD N Gunturmadu with a sample of 139 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and assessments of student work. Data analysis used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis with ɑ 0.05.The results of this study indicate that 1) There is a significant relationship between interest in visiting the school library with student learning independence with a correlation coefficient of 0.433 at a significance level of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. 2) There is a relationship between independent learning and student learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient of 0.353 and a significance of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. 3) There is a relationship between interest in visiting the school library and independent learning (jointly) with the learning outcomes of SD N Gunturmadu students with a correlation coefficient of 0.505 with a significance of ≤ 0.05.
