Abstract:

This research is motivated by the limited teaching material of the material of the human body. This shows that students are not active when learning takes place. With the game media being one solution to overcome these problems. Through media, maze games are expected to make the learning process more active. This research is intended to develop a media maze game on the material of the human body and aims to find out the feasibility of the media being developed. This type of research uses the Research & Development method with ADDIE development. The ADDIE model consists of 5 stages revealed by Benny A. Pribadi, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bojong with 4 limited try out subjects and a trial of using 10 students. The instruments used were assessment sheets, technical data analysis using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the research from the validation of the media expert validation got a value of 84.61 (Very Good), the material expert got a value of 86.11 (Very Good), a learning expert of 90.62 (Very Good), a limited trial of the teacher’s evaluation getting a value of 88.46 ( Very Good), limited trials evaluating students ‘responses get a score of 90 (Very Good) and trials using the teacher’s assessment get 88.46 (Very Good), trials using students’ assessment of responses get 98 (Very Good). Based on the overall assessment, the maze game media on the material of human body members for grade 1 elementary school Muhammadiyah Bojong Eligible was used.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population in this research is the nursing hospital Condong Catur, which amounted to 68 people and samples used by all nurses Condong Catur hospital using saturation Sampling method. The data used is primary data and for the collection of data in this study using questionnaires. The data analysis tools used are multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affect the turnover of intention in nursing hospital Condong Catur. Work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously have an influence on Turnover Intention in hospital nurse Condong Catur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees koperasi simpan pinjam syariah baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The population in this study were employees of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta totaling 93 employees and the sample used was 63 employees with α = 5% and used the saturated sample method. The data used are primary data and for data collection in the study using a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. Compensation and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of the employees Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. With a B value of 1.132 and a significance of 0.016. The compensation has a B value of 0.197 and a significance value of 0.043. The work environment has a B value of 0.490 and a significance value of 0.000.

Pengaruh Inflasi dan Kurs Terhadap Nilai Aktiva Bersih (NAB) Reksadana Syariah Jenis Campuran Periode 2016-2018

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh inflasi dan kurs terhadap nilai aktiva bersih (NAB) reksadana syariah jenis campuran. Periode ini dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) tahun, yaitu tahun 2016-2018. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, data yang tidak langsung memberikan data kepada pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua reksadana syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), yaitu 130 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode puposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria; (1) reksadana syariah jenis campuran yang terdaftar di OJK selama periode 2016-2018, (2) reksadana syariah jenis campuran yang mempublikasikan laporan keuangannya selama periode 2016-2018. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, maka didapatkan 20 perusahaan reksadana syariah jenis campuran. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi data panel, tetapi sebelum pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dilakukan secara parsial yaitu uji t menunjukkan bahwa inflasi tidak berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai aktiva bersih (NAB), kurs tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan secara simultan yaitu uji f menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan kurs tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai aktiva bersih (NAB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, inflation, gross domestic product, and corporate tax rate on the capital structure of food and beverage companies in 2014-2018. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The study population is all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period with a total of 26 companies. The sample selection is determined by purposive sampling technique with the criteria used as samples are companies that publish their financial statements during consecutive research years, and companies that have positive profits in their financial statements, so that a sample of 13 companies is obtained. This study uses statistical tools panel data regression analysis. The results of this study use the variable Interest Rates, Inflation, Gross Domestic Product, and Corporate Tax Rate on capital structure. Having the variable Interest Rates, has a negative effect on the capital structure while Inflation, Gross Domestic Product, and Corporate Tax Rate variables have a positive effect on the capital structure. With a R Squared value of 92.22% which explains the effect on capital structure.

Pengaruh Kompensasi, Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention di perusahaan ritel purnama toserba & swalyan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan purnama toserba & swalyan yang berjumlah 90 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 52 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.Penguji validitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis. Dari hasil uji confirmatory faktor analysis terdapat 4 pertanyaan yang gugur pada pernyataan variabel kompensasi, 8 butir pernyataan stres kerja, 5 butir pernyataan kepuasan kerja dan tidak ada pernyataan yang gugur dalam turnover intention . Sehingga dari total 43 item pertanyaan, terdapat 25 pernyataan yang lolos uji confirmatory factor analysis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, stres kerja dan berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention di perusahaan ritel Purnama Toserba & Swalayan Bantul. Kemudian melalui uji F menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention di perusahaan ritel Purnama Toserba & Swalayan Bantul.

Abstract:

The subjects of this study were class teachers and 4 grade IV students, Ibnu Kholdun, with the reasons for the recognition of the teacher during the pre-interview and that the teacher was more involved during the teaching and learning activities and direct discussion with the parents of the students. The objects taken are the types of difficulties in learning the multiplication and division arithmetic operations, as well as the factors that hinder learning the multiplication and division calculation operations. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, test questions and documentation. The results found were the types of difficulties in learning multiplication and division counting operations experienced by students, namely difficulties in distinguishing symbols, difficulties in solving multiplication and division counting operations problems, weaknesses in understanding the concept of numbers, difficulties in distinguishing the relationships between concepts. multiplication and division numbers, while the factors of learning difficulties in multiplication and division counting operations experienced by students are the physical condition of the students, the spiritual state that is in students, the attitudes of parents to students, the home environment or the families of students the attitude of teachers in school, the curriculum used by the school.

Hubungan Antara Kecemasan dan Harga Diri dengan Optimisme dalam Menghadapi Permasalahan Akademik pada Siswa Kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon Bantul

Abstrak:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kecemasan dan harga diri dengan optimisme. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta.Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kecemasan, skala harga diri dan skala optimisme dalam menghadapi permasalahan akademik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kecemasan dan harga diri dengan optimisme dalam menghadapi permasalahan akademik pada siswa kelas X SMA di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon Bantul, dengan nilai koefisien R sebesar 0,583 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 (p<0,01). Hipotesis minor pertama menyebutkab bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan dan optimisme diterima dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,253 dan taraf signifikansi 0,041 (p<0,05) dan hipotesis minor kedua menyebautkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara harga diri dengan optimisme juga diterima dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,512 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,001). Kecemasan dan harga diri secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 34% terhadap optimisme dalam menghadapi permasalahan akademik. Kecemasan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 7,07% dan harga diri memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 26,98%.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kecemasan dan harga diri dengan optimisme dalam menghadapi permasalahan akademik. Adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kecemasan dengan optimisme yang artinya semakin tinggi kecemasan, maka semakin rendah optimisme. Sebaliknya semakin rendah kecemasan, maka semakin tinggi optimismenya. Terdapat juga hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara harga diri dengan optimisme yang artinya semakin tinggi harga diri, maka semakin tinggi pula optimisme. Sebaliknya semakin rendah harga diri, semakin rendah pula optimisme.

Abstract:

The southern coast of Yogyakarta is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean so that this beach is a potential area for capture fisheries midwives. However, as a fisherman with unpredictable conditions at sea, it causes people’s income to decrease and it is difficult to meet their daily needs and to save money. This research uses descriptive method and the data is processed using Stata 14. This research has been conducted in the coastal areas of the South Coast of Bantul and Gunungkidul. The research location was carried out on 5 beaches from 3 districts, namely Bantul beach consisting of Kuwaru beach, Goa Cemara beach, and Depok beach. Meanwhile, the beaches in Gunungkidul consist of Baron and Drini beaches. The purpose of this research is to see the condition of fishermen’s savings and the factors that influence it. The results showed that fishermen’s savings varied widely, ranging from 200,000 to 576,000,000. While the variables that influence it are income, education, and number of dependents.

Pengembangan Pop-Up Body Book Berbasis Religius dalam Pembelajaran Keterampilan Berbicara Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

Abstrak:

This study aims to describe the development of Pop-up Body Book learning media and is suitable for students in grade V elementary school, and to determine the feasibility of Pop-up Body Book media on aspects of speaking. This research includes Research and Development with the Borg and Gall model. Product assessment was carried out by 3 experts namely media, material and learning experts, 1 teacher, and 22 student responses which were divided into small group tests and large group tests. The instrument used was an assessment sheet in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the overall assessment results obtained an average score of 89 with a very good category, the assessment of experts obtained an average score of 87.34 with a very good category. Teacher assessment obtained an average score of 91 with a very good category, the results of the students’ speaking skills test obtained an average score of 90 with a very good category. Thus, the use of Pop-up Body Book media can add aspects to the speaking skills of grade V students.
