Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees koperasi simpan pinjam syariah baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. The population in this study were employees of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta totaling 93 employees and the sample used was 63 employees with α = 5% and used the saturated sample method. The data used are primary data and for data collection in the study using a questionnaire. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. Compensation and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of the employees Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (KSPS BMT) Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. With a B value of 1.132 and a significance of 0.016. The compensation has a B value of 0.197 and a significance value of 0.043. The work environment has a B value of 0.490 and a significance value of 0.000.
