COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS (CBA) TERHADAP PROGRAM DOTS DI RS PKU MUHAMMADYAH KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract:

Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) is a type of economic analysis that compares costs and benefits or benefits obtained from a program or project. This study aims to calculate the costs and benefits of the DOTS program from the perspective of the hospital as a program implementer. This research method is to use a qualitative approach with a case study design with three research subjects. Data analysis using the calculation of Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Benefit Cost Rate (BCR). The result of calculating the PP value of the DOTS program is 0.3, which means that the DOTS program gets a return for 3 months. The result of the NPV calculation is Rp. 21,335,992, meaning that the DOTS program can be accepted as an investment Karen NPV> 0, and the PI and BCR calculation results are 1.94, meaning that the DOTS program is feasible to continue because BCR> 1. The DOTS program which is implemented at Pku Muhammadyah Hospital, Yogyakarta City provides benefits or advantages and is feasible to implement.
