Teams Games Tournaments IPA Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Siswa Kelas 4 SD Muhammadiyah Pulokadang

Abstract:

This study aims to improve the students activity in science learning of 4rd grade of Muhammadiyah Pulokadang Elementary School in natural science lesson. It used the Teams Games tournaments (TGT) method. This study used a classroom action research study consisting of two cycles. The study used of this study were 4rd grade students with 22 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis using quantitative analysis and qualitative data. The results showed an increase in each cycle. This can be seen from the percentage of learning activeness of students in the first cycle of 55.30%, then in the second cycle increased to 71.58%.
