Pengembangan Media Video Lirik Lagu Tema Hidup Rukun pada Kelas II di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract:
Through song lyrics-based video media it is hoped that it can be used by teachers and students as additional references so that learning material can be easier. This study aims to develop video media on thematic learning based on song lyrics that can help improve material understanding and improve students’ thinking skills. This media is aimed at grade II elementary school students on theme 1 subtheme 3 learning material 3 Indonesian, Mathematics and SBdP subjects that have been integrated with the material summary so that it becomes a children’s song lyrics with the hope that students can easily understand the material, can think critical, and active and creative in learning. The research used was Research and Development (R&D) using research according to Borg & Gall. The trial subjects used were grade II students, amounting to 27 students and teachers at Muhammadiyah Tamantirto Elementary School. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data collection techniques using quantitative data and qualitative data. The results showed that the quality of media experts obtained a value of 81 categories “Very Good”. Material experts obtained a score of 82 in the “Very Good” category. Learning experts scored 80 in the “Good” category. The feasibility assessment of the small scale test obtained a value of 87.50 in the category of “Very Good” and an assessment by the educator obtained a score of 100 in the category of “Very Good”. The feasibility of a large-scale test obtained a value of 87.50 in the category of “Very Good” and the assessment of educators obtained a score of 100 in the category of “Very Good”. It can be concluded, that the video media of song lyrics to the theme of living in harmony is decent and can be used as a medium of learning for class II on theme 1 sub-theme 3 of learning 3.
