Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Jakarta Selatan. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The object of the research in this study is all permanent employees of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Jakarta Selatan. The sample that is used is part of the employees in the Human Capital Management division in PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Jakarta Selatan with 100 respondents. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling of company policy, purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The results shows that the transformational leadership variable (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Jakarat Selatan. Motivational variable (X2) significantly influences the performance of employees at PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Jakarta Selatan. Work discipline variable (X3) significantly influences the performance of employees at PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Jakarta Selatan. Variable motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Jakarta.
