HEALTH SEEKING BEHAVIOUR KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA REMAJA JALANAN DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract:
Health seeking behavior (health seeking behavior) is the behavior of people or people who are experiencing pain or other health problems, to obtain treatment so that they recover or overcome their health problems. Street adolescents in seeking treatment behavior have problems in accessing health services because they are hampered by legalities such as Citizen Identity Card (KTP) and health insurance. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were street teenagers, Harapan Fian’s caregivers and Health Officers in Yogyakarta. The research tool uses observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner, to ensure the validity of the data the data was collected using triangulation of sources. Based on the results of research using observational methods and interviews show that in the treatment seeking behavior of street adolescents to the vulnerability of reproductive health problems in street adolescents, the seriousness of sexually transmitted infections, obstacles / obstacles in seeking treatment behavior, driving street adolescents towards healing efforts, the benefits perceived treatment seeking behavior, and confidence in the treatment seeking behavior that was done.
