Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention (Studi Pada Perawat RS Condongcatur, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta)

Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population in this research is the nursing hospital Condong Catur, which amounted to 68 people and samples used by all nurses Condong Catur hospital using saturation Sampling method. The data used is primary data and for the collection of data in this study using questionnaires. The data analysis tools used are multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affect the turnover of intention in nursing hospital Condong Catur. Work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously have an influence on Turnover Intention in hospital nurse Condong Catur.
