Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa Pada Jawaban Tugas Siswa Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia SMP Muhammadiyah Banguntapan

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the language errors that exist in the answers to the assignments of SMP Muhammadiyah Banguntapan students, (2) Indonesian language teaching problems which are focused on fostering writing skills of Muhammadiyah Banguntapan students and how to solve them. The subjects in this study were students of SMP Muhammadiyah Banguntapan itself and the object of this study was language errors in the answers to the assignments of students of SMP Muhammadiyah Banguntapan. The method used in this research is the observation method with the advanced technique of note taking. And the data source used is the answer to the assignment from the google form provided by researchers while teaching at SMP Muhammadiyah Banguntapan. The results of this study were 14 spelling errors, then there were 18 errors in capital letters, 5 errors in joining words, there were 3 errors in writing up words, 2 errors in writing separate words, 2 errors in writing in word abbreviations, and finally 1 error in semantic word.
