Keefektifan Penggunaan Model Sciene Technology Society (STS) Dalam Meningkatkan Collaboration Skill Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Jejeran

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the STS (science technology society) model in increasing the collaboration skills of students. This type of research is experimental research. This research design is quasi experimental. Using the control group and the experimental group. The research design used a non-equivalent control group design. The instrument used was a test question. The subjects of this study were class VA for the experimental group and class VB for the control group at SD Negeri Jejeran. Data analysis techniques in this study used paired t test analysis and independent t test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that using the STS model is effective in terms of the results of the paired sample t-test analysis, increasing the collaboration skills of the experimental class, obtained sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 then Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that learning using the STS model is relatively effective in increasing collaboration skills.
