Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Nilai Religius Melalui Program Bima dan Sinta di SD Muhammadiyah Karangkajen II

Abstract:
This research is a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were the principal, coaches and students who took part in the BIMA and SINTA program at SD Muhammadiyah Karangkajen II. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that research on the implementation of character education for religious values through the BIMA and SINTA programs at SD Muhammadiyah Karangakajen II Yogyakarta has been able to make students apply religious character in their lives. Those who take part in the BIMA and SINTA programs have good character and become examples for other students such as providing examples of prayers on time, reminding them to pray on time, behaving politely towards friends, respecting fellow friends. As well as the BIMA and SINTA programs have advantages and obstacles. The advantages of the BIMA and SINTA programs are supporting the school’s Vision and Mission related to character as well as spiritual as well as morals, and religiosity. The constraints in the BIMA and SINTA programs are the allocation of time for mentoring and coaching, the presence of complete members to become members of other task forces.
