Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Work Life Balance on Employee Loyalty at the Representative Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Central Java Province. In this study the population used was all employees of the Representative Office of the Central Java Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of 167 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees and used a purposive sampling method. The sample criteria in this study are permanent employees with a minimum of five years of service and employees in the State Accountability, Regional Government Accountability, Investigation divisions. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, Job Satisfaction has a negative and not significant effect on employee loyalty and work life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. While simultaneously the Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Work Life Balance have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of employees of the Representative Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Central Java Province.
