Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Kyoraku Blowmolding Indonesia

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Kyoraku Blowmolding Indonesia. The population in this study were employees of PT. Kyoraku Blowmolding Indonesia, amounting to 200 employees. The samples used were 100 employees using the Simple Random Sampling method. The data used are primary data. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the variable Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline have a significant effect on the variable Employee Performance of PT. Kyoraku Blowmolding Indonesia. Based on the results of the F test it can be seen that the variable Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline simultaneously affect the Employee Performance of PT. Kyoraku Blowmolding Indonesia.
