Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Disiplin Kerja dan Perilaku Cyberloafing Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Yogyakarta

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Cyberloafing Behavior on Employee Performance of the Yogyakarta Agriculture and Food Security Office. The population in this study were 115 employees of the Yogyakarta Agriculture and Food Security Office. The sample used was 115 employees using the saturated sample method. The data used are primary data. For data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques t test, F test and using the coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the variables of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Cyberloafing Behavior affect the Employee Performance variable. Based on the results of the F test it can be seen that the Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Cyberloafing Behavior simultaneously affect Employee Performance.
